What is the capacity for weddings at C&W Steakhouse?

Our indoor space comfortably accommodates up to 100 guests for a seated dinner with ceremony. With our outdoor tent expansion, we can host up to 200 guests for a full indoor-outdoor celebration.

Do you offer ceremony and reception in the same space?

Absolutely. Many couples hold their ceremony in one of our private dining rooms or the main space, then transition seamlessly into cocktail hour and reception — all without leaving the venue.

Can we customize the menu?

Every wedding at C&W features a custom menu designed by Chef James specifically for your event. We accommodate dietary restrictions and can create multi-course tasting menus, family-style service, or plated dinners.

Is live music included?

Live jazz is included in The Jazz Club and The Grand packages. For The Speakeasy package, live music can be added for an additional fee. We work with talented local jazz musicians who specialize in setting the perfect mood.

What is the booking process?

Start by scheduling a tour with Elle Dudeck, our Special Events Coordinator, at (980) 550-5025. After your visit, we will work together to select your package, customize your menu, and finalize details. We recommend booking 6-12 months in advance for weekend dates.

Do you provide a day-of coordinator?

Yes. Every package includes a dedicated event coordinator who manages the timeline, vendors, and all logistics on your wedding day so you can be fully present for every moment.

Can we bring our own decorations or florist?

Of course. You are welcome to work with your own florist and decorator. Our coordinator will help ensure everything is set up and broken down according to plan. We also offer in-house decor consultation for The Grand package.

What about parking?

Ballantyne Village offers ample free parking for your guests. The Jazz Club and Grand packages include complimentary valet service for a polished arrival experience.
